About Beth
I've lived in Rhode Island my entire life, and have crossed back and forth into Massachusetts almost everyday. In one day I could cross four or more bridges, meaning I'm not afraid to travel to different locations to view properties. Even on vacation, I love to take the backroads and enjoy the small towns along the way.
When it comes to real estate and looking to sell or buy a home, I enjoy both sides. When selling, I want to make the selling process smooth and easy. It can sometimes be a little emotional, and I want to be there to help make it a good memory. I'll be with you from start to finish, and maybe even help you find another home.
Buyers, I like to find you wants in a home. Meaning, what you want the most in a home or location. Everyone seems to start off looking for a specific detail for a new home, like a big kitchen, huge garage, or three bathrooms. Sometimes buyers will say they want to live in a certain town, then notice another that they never dreamed of living in. It's an interesting journey, because no one has the same exact wants.
Personally, I had a small condo, I called the starter. So, I do know the condo life, and advantages compared to a house. I currently live in 2 family house, which I can share pro's and con's. I can say, from being on the seller/buyer side many times, I developed a sense of what I wanted to be in a real estate agent. That is being there for my client, from start to closing, and still being there after.
